It felt silly wandering around trying to call the front desk. Clear instructions would've saved us a lot of hassle, especially in a foreign place.

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was exactly what we had in mind. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a modern area, not far from city center & shopping area, the center and Duomo and Sforza Castle.

The location was super convenient, with trams and metro just a short walk away. I loved having a well-equipped kitchen to whip up quick breakfasts. Plus, the coffee and sparkling water available in the lounge was a nice touch. The area had plenty of food shops and restaurants nearby-perfect for exploring!
I did encounter some hiccups. The check-in process felt a bit disorganized, and I had some trouble with staff responsiveness at times. the parking was pretty pricey, and charging my electric car was a challenge since there were no charging stations. it was a good stay, but there’s room for improvement!

The culinary adventure in Milan was unreal! Stoked about the nearby dining gems like Briscola Pizza Society, just a short stroll away. The studio was spacious and impeccably designed, with a lovely balcony-perfect for morning coffee. Plus, the check-in process via the app was slick.
Had a tough moment with one of the concierges named Raffaelo during check-out. Miscommunication on my stay led to an uncomfortable encounter. Thankfully, Veronica saved the day with her professionalism and kindness, but Raffaelo's attitude was a real downer.

The security features are excellent, and the app for check-in was smooth, though the air conditioning could have worked better during my visit. a relaxing stay! , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-09-10}

I had such a frustrating experience with the fire alarms going off all night! It felt unsafe, and no one answered our calls for help. I couldn't sleep at all, worrying if someone was actually in danger or if it was just a false alarm.

A balcony to savor sunsets
The spacious Studio Apartment featured a fantastic balcony. The hotel's cleanliness was amazing, and the location allowed easy access to local attractions and public transport.
Though check-in was mostly straightforward, I found the pre-arrival emails excessive. The lack of on-site staff during late hours could be concerning if issues arise.

Spacious studio with a lovely balcony for morning coffee. Well-equipped kitchen adds convenience .
Fire alarm disrupted the night. Numerous electronic devices in the room, each emitting bright signals, led to a distractingly colorful ambiance at night.

This place was just what I needed! Had a cozy studio with a big ol' balcony for coffee outside. The area's got cute little cafes and easy transport. A little bit of a hassle gettin' supplies sometimes, but the folks were quick to help. I could whip up some local goodies in the kitchen, which I loved. Best part was the quiet vibe at night.
